an order of the Orphans' Court of Susquehanna
County, to me directed, I will expose to ;sale on
the prtinises, on Friday, the rith day of August,
A. D. 1870, at 1 o'clock, p. m., all that certain
piece or parcel of land situate lying and being
in the township of New Miiforik County of Sus
quehanna, and State of Piuneylvunta bound
ed and described as follows, to wit: On the
North by lands of Lemuel Everett ; on the East
by lands of Archibald Hannah and lands late of
Samuel Williams, deceased ; on the South by
.the public highway, formerly known as the old
Jackson ma" ; and on the West by the same
road—containing Fifty Acres, more or less,with
the appurtenances, a barn, a few fruit trees, and
about 3.5 acres, of the same cleated.
TERMS.—Fifty Dollars on the day of sale ;
one third on dual confirmation, and the balance
