Judges are requeeted._ to ineet at 16
clock ,of the 13e.conta day, when theirnamea
will be called and, vacancies: filled; and
they, will enter upon their duties, and be
ready to reriort in writing at 2 o'clock of
the same day. It is, hoped that all per
sonsnpriuted on .A.vhirng Committees
will be present at that hour. The Judges
can resort to the office for instruction and
to make out repor.ts.
Exhibitors wishing to compete for pre
miums, must haie their animals or arti
cles entered en the Secretary's Book the
first day of the Fair, if possible; and a
Card, which will be received from the Sec
retary, C. L; Brown, must be placed on
the article or animal to be exilibited.—
They must be all on the ground for exhi
bition by 10 o'clock, •a. in. of the second
day, or they cannot receive a premium.—
No article or animal can be removed be
lore the close of the exhibition except by
permiSsion of opo of the Executive Com
mittee.
is very desirable that all vehicles en
tering the enclosed ground should keep
in motion.
Superintendents of the different depart
ments will have all articles 'and animals
systematically arranged. The officers of
the society 'and superintendents will be
knewn by their official bidges.
A sufficient Police force will be in at
tendance, day and night, to protect the
properly of exhibitors,
Arrangements are made. for all stock
over night. There will be a Committee
at the entrance of the'Fair Grounds, to
direct all persons driving m stock over
night,
Stock can be entered ten days previous
to the Fair by calling on C. L. Brown,
Secretary. Office at F. B. Chandler's
stare.
Colts and Mules must be exhibited in
stalls, during the exhibition.
No provision will be made for Stalling
stock over two years old.
No premium will be awarded to any
person exhibiting articles or animals not
entered in the name of the bone fide own
ers of the same.

The gates will be open from 7 o'clock
until G p. m J each!day.
