would Answer to this question in the negative.
It seems that in the suit before the Court the
question of the legal position of idle worship
arose. It witmalreged is tie snit of Eldredge

building to be used occasionally as a Budhist
place of aorship, wherein an image was kep:
and was supposed to be worshipped. The
Court says:
`There is rat"force in the 'objection that a
trust. created for the purpose of idol-wor'ship,
is void— Under our constitution all men are
permitted the free exercise of their religions
opinions, provided it does not involve the corn
mission 'ofea public offence. Nor can anyllis
tinctien be made in law between the Christian

results in .upwards of oao hundred and fifty de

almost an equal number from my private practice
and in no single instance have i found the , Rein

benefit derived from it has far exceeded what
could, at first, have been hoped for. when taking
into account the degas e and extent of the injury
sustained by the Lungs previous to the Ilse of
the Remedy. Similar results have, since the
publication Of my disrovery, been annou, peed by
Professors Paragot of Brussels, 31*itre de San
