Objecthues tit the - Kansas Bilk.
The three leading\objectioni urged by , the
oppetients of thiredministtation to the - Kan

are, quit the preadtble reed tees the legality
of the Leeomplon Constitution -- that it doe;
not were to the people the right , to 'accept
or reject the constitution - by their votes; and
that it contains, the offer ofa bribe in' the
''shape of 'an itnmenae grant of-government
lands for educational, benevolent and other
ptt
'iposes, as e condition of thili acceptance
of -the proposition submitted to -them.
'ILs to the first objection wadispose of that
in few words, by stating the fact that the
Crittenden Amendment, which received the
inppart of the entire Republican party, con
tained the same rt.cognition of the Lecom pton .
Constitution, and in precisely the same words,
as the'conference bill, as follows to wit ;
" Wbereas the people of the Territory of

aro dis - satisfied with teachers.for opening their

Directors are unableto see anything improper or

Disease of the Liver.—By this disease
we . nriderstand an inflammation, either in the
membrane or substance of the Liver, kdown by
dull pains in - the right side, the stomach always
disordered, the yellow tinge of the skin, dry
cough, tongue boated, costiveness, high-colored.
Urine, add of-a thick nature; severe weakness
and severe pairritt the head.
The quantity of corrupted humors in the re
gion of the liver, causes a defeetlve-secretion of
thi bile. The liver when healthy, serves as a
filter to the blood, to separate all impurity from
. it, or to refine it. When diseased, it cannot puri
fy the blood, which, when sent to the lungs„
brains, and other parts in a, morbid condition,
mar caus&Jaundice , Consumption, Insanity. &c.,
and withholding the natural stimulus to the in
testines, causes Dispepsia, Piles, and other com
plaints, as vou.perceive, the direct way to 'un
ravel and tear the'!vhole system Co pieces.
A patient, suffering from this complaint, should
resort to speedy relief. Yet there are very few
medicines worth a cent in curing diseases. What
then shall be done! We say; use Dr. Morse's
Indian Root Pilfs,as . they are composed of plants
and roots; they wilt be found a sure cure fur
his painful disease, because they mute from
the body those corrupt and et spout humors, and
se cleanse and renew the blood, which is the
cause not only of the disease of the liver. and the
inflammation of the kidney and bladder; but of
every description of disease. From 3 tit 4 of the
ahoy.. pills. taken every night on - going to bed.
