MAI:SCHOOL was opened on Monday, the
30th day of November, 185'7, to continue two
quarters of 11 weeks each, under the charge of
Prof. STODDARD and competent Assistants.
The first quarter wi.o lose on the 20th of Feb
ruary next. The second qnarter will commence
ON THE 22nd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1858.

preparing teachers for the discharge of their ar
duous duties. Those . who design becoming
teachers should not fail 'le avail thombelves of

Moral Development. There will be an Experi
mental Department connected with. the Normal
School, to which only 40 pupils will be admitted.
