ty-two, mostly by-baptism, were added to the number
of - the little church. - The power and influence spread ,

round, and he followed it up with an energy acrd seal

Eld. Dituock was the sole pastor of this, the Bridge
water -Church, from its'organizaticin in ISOS, down to
June ,1533, a term of twenty-seven years. At the
close of that period-notwithstanding deaths and re
moval=, the Church= numbered 322 members. .

Were not-in vain, mail the Fall of 18-17,- when ad
monished by physicians, and his personal conscious

In the Spring of 1848,, he returned with his dim
panion to Montrose to reside the remainder of his
days with his children. lie re-united with thistharch
