from I'nion '., nged 70 years
came over to visit his niece, Mrs.

on Tuesday evening the 11th Ilict. he
went to Crosgrove Hall to an nuetlnt',
and left that place after midnight and
had not been heard of until Friday
the lDth'whcn he was found In the
stream of Miildlecreek. It is suppos
ed he IofI bis way and fell over the
brldje and drowned -bis bat was
found a few days before he was found
further up the stream, by J. P. I-'ish-er.

notified and appeared, and summoned
the following gentlemen ns jurors :

the said body, with a Verdict, that the
deceased came to his death by ueci-

nate, man had been in the water

being taken out by several persons
