constable making such seizure shall
bu allowed for tho same to retain
one-half tho penalty, and it shall be

school treasurer of tho township
where such seizure was mado for the
use of thy schools of said township.

any animal as aforesaid running at
largo being notified by any person to

township where tho said constable
