Is found to stand well In all climates, being ex
tensively UKcd for Hooting Housed, Out-Build-Inir
and Sheds; for Laying Flat Hoofs, Gutters,
Lining Granaries, Storehouses, er Walls,
(cither outside or luslde), and for placing un
der tilutes or Tiles. It is also a cheap and
effective Gelling on the underneath side of raf
ters of a Slated or Tiled Koof, and as a Celling
to Iron Roofs, counteracting licut, Frott, and
Condensation of Molrture.
The English Felt is put up In rolls of 85
yards in length, by 32 Inches In width, aud
containing a surface of 2U0 square feet.
THREE-PLY FELT FOR ROOFING.
In Rolls, 20 Inches wide, by 60 feet In length;
ench roll will cover a surface 10 feet square, or
100 squnre feet.
It is to be luld across the roof, shingle fash
ion, with a lap of two Inches, and secured by
nulling the edges w ith Sd nulls and tin raps.
When laid, the Felt Is to be painted with
Mastic Koof Coutlng, and Sanded. The Mas
tic Koof Coating Is mixed, ready for use, and
Is applied with a brush.
TARRED ROOFING FELT.
Used extensively for Sheathing Houses, and for
Tar and Gravel Roofing, also for placing under
Blnte, Tin and Shingle Roofing.
It Is used in packing Woolens and Furs to
protect tliem from moths.
Put np In rolls weighing 45 rounds each.
15 pounds Felt will cover a surface of 100
square feet.
