He accordingly stoped the train and sent back to ascertain, when it was found that they had run over a colored lad, and instantly killed him. Mr. Poornian was robbed of his poeket-book, containing $5,740, mostly in drafts. On Monday of last week three men were arrested and were identified both by Mr. Poornian and Mr. lleilman, as the parties committing the assault. Ono of them named Kautz, succeeded in obtaining bail in $1,000, for bis appearance, and the others were committed to answer. Ono of tho drafts amounting to $3,000 was after wards picked up on the street and returned to tho Dauphin Deposit Bank. The Roads.
