was arrested last evening, at Nineteenth and
Chestnut streets, upon the charge of having
picked the pocket of alady. The pocket-book
stolen was - found on his person. The accused
'will have a hearing at the Central Station this
afternoon.

150 uranuzzleadogs were captured in the city.
Of that number 33 were redeemed and 117
were killed. One horse and 44 goats were
found astray, and were sold according to law.
THE AVONDALE Su - FFEnEns.—The Junger

Fund. Hall next week, for the benefit of the
widows and orphans of the victims at the re
cent coal mine disaster at Avondale.
