States have accepted an invitation to partici
pate in the ceremonies,which will, no doubt,
Lid the grandest ever witnessed in this city.
It is the intention in the morning to have a
,:grand parade, the, line forming at hall-past
seven o'clock, in two divisions, right resting
on Chestnut street. After inspection the line
form into columns of six, and march in
that order; passing down Chestnut to Fifth, up
Fifth to Arch, out Arch 'to Broad, and up
Broad to Columbia avenue, *hely the column
will pass in review. In the evening there will
be a magnificent -reception at the Academy of
Music. The arrangements, as made by the
Comniittee, will be found in detail in our ad
