—A man named John Quinn was before Ald. Morrow
this morning, upon the charge of larceny. It is alleged
Vitale boarded at the house of Mrs. Mery Cullen. No;

eluding a set of furs valued at ditto. The furs were moo-

rels of whisky were found in a ;wagon, which was stand
mg on the railroad track in front of the store, about six
o'clock yesterday morning, and afterwards two five-gal
lon demijohns of whisky were found on a vacant lot in
Twenty-second street. Two men were arrested by the
Tenth District Roble on suspicion of having been con
cerned in the robbi Ty, and were committed for a further
hearing by Ald. Jones.
