After an hours deliberation they returned with a verdict of guilty. . , ■ Terrence McDonald was then put unon trial for robbery. r Smith was sentenced to be hanged on the 1 15th of February. The evidence in McDonald’s case is the * a ??e before. The jury, after a long deliberation,- failed to agree 1 and ‘were dis - -charged. .Reardon was put on trial for invasion. The Judge directed- the jury to discharge him on thh ground of a wrong indictment. Michael Crowley , was then tried on the same evidence, but at 9 P.
