the act of May 20th, ISSI, providing a temporary
government for Montana..
The first section authorizes the Governor to reappor
tion the Territory: and the second section annuls all
the acts of the so-called Legislative Assembly which
met at the city of 'Virginia, on the stn of March 1966,
and forbids the payment of money to the member
. thereof.

State of Nevada, by including a part of Utah and
