MARINE MISCELLANY.
Ships Frank Boult, Horse; Tamerlane, Goodwin,
and Northampton, Morse, hence 18th ult. for Port
land, are to load 200 horses each for New Orleans. .
A private letter, written on board brig Lincola
Webb, of B&th, off Charleston, Feb 10, states that
at the time of writing, the vessel was in tow of U
S steamer Fulton. The Lincoln Webb was stand
ing in shore off Cape Bomain, when the Fulton,
bound North, run into her. doing much damage.
This was at BPM of the 10th. Boats were at oace
sent from the Fulton, a hawser attached, and at the
.. time of writing all was going well, and if nothing
amiss occurred, would get into port the next da 7.

roapptal again to the citizens of the Twenty-Se
cond Ward, in regard to the funds needed to fill
by volunteers the quota ol this Ward. , There is
yet required about $5,0C0, and with Ihis amount
the full complement of men could be mustered be
tore tne close of another week. To accomplish
this a prompt and generous effort to wind up this
business must now be made, and every citizen of
iheWardis interested in giving a helping hand
and seeing that the quota is at once made np. Any
moneys inclosed to the Treasurer, or handed to
any of the Precinct Committees will be ac
knowledged in the public papers.

there the names of many, ladies and old men, not
themselves liable. Of the three thousand men now
subject to the draft, but few have done anything.
Five dollars paid by each of these men, or by their
wives or mothers* would furnish the balance re
quired, and thus secure them against conscription.

of March (including some who were omitted in the
list above referred to), will he published. Thus a

Warrants for the City Bounty (two hnndred and
fifty dollars) will be issued to all new recruits for
old regiments, credited to the quota of Philadel
phia on the coming draft.
Muster rolls, certified by proper mustering offi
cers, must be sent to tbe office of the Commission
one day previous to the issuing of the warrants.
Officers must, accompany and Touch for their
men when the warrants are delivered.
Philadelphia soldiers re-enlisting in the field will
receive their warrants as soon as certified copies of
the muster-in-rolls are fnrnißhed to the Commis
sion by the Adjutant-General of tbe State.
Men enlisted in Col. McLean’s Regiment (183 d
Pennsylvania Volunteers), will receive the bounty
in companies when dnlv mastered Into the U. S.
service, and credited to the quota of the city.
The Commission sits dally from 3 to SP. M.,
during which hours only warrants are delivered.
These warrants are bashed on presentation at the
office of the City Treasurer, Girard Bank.

the Assistant Provost Marshal-General, or the
United States Mustering Officer for Philadelphia.

purpose.

recruits in new organizations and veterans re-en
