tbe larm on Cherry tree Una. Tbe tolul
average of the several farms und tracts as
given in our table shows a daily production
of 1,793 barrels, a decrease of 298 onrri'ls
since tbe February report.
Developing was not very lively during
the month, being confined principally to the
Cherrytreo Run district. We note tbe
striking of a thirty batrel well on tbe Lake
farm, which is c using considerable interest
to be fell in tbat terrilcry by operators.
On tbe Sain Uoyd farm developing is. look
ing up suiueivbat. This farm bus been
leased to A. If. Bronwn, oneof the owners,
and it is bis iutention lo drill a well on
every five acres of tbe lurm, commencing at
once. Tbe new. well on Turr lion is talked
of considerably, but tbe result Is nut known
as yet. On tbe whole, tbe wotk of develop
ing during the reseut inontb promises lo
be quite lively.
On tbe lirut day of tbe month there was
in iroq taoks at this point llli,U79 barrels,
an increased 7,428 barrels since Murch Hint.
During tbe month the shipments fiooi tbi
point of crude and refined oil was 23,565
