of the several farms in this vicinity, aolual
and estimated, for the month of March.
It will be seen that while there baa been
considerable decrease in the production of
the Pleraoo', Stevenson, Woods and Niagara
Farms, there has been a corresponding in
crease of production on the J S. MeCray.
Columbia, Daljell and Hes3 farm, and Ev
ans tract. Those farms where the produc
tion is given from actual measurement by
tee superintendents and owners, are mark

The production of two or three farms on
Cberrytree Run we have been unable to get,
but it hus incteased somewhat. The indi
cations are that the principal part of the
developing done the present month will be
on the two McCray farms, the Ddlzell firm,
and one or farms on Cberrytree Run, near
ICane City. The wells on Buuninghoff Hill
remain about the same. The total produc
tion per day of the farms mentioned above,
actual and estimated, is 1,426 6-10 barrels.

firm in Titusville, known as '-Bryan, Dil
lingham & Co.," have commenced the man
ufacture of Sucker Rods with Socket Joints!
This is a Direct Infringement on his Rights,
as bis claim is "connecting two sections or
rod by means of wedges, wedging' sockets,
and double coupling bolt." lie does nut
specify any particular shaped wedge, nor ot
what material it shall be made. All rods
made as above described outside of LU muti
utactory, ara direct infringements. This,
therefore, is to
CAUTION OIL OPERATORS!
and all others, agaiust buying or using any
rods so made, except those of his inannlac
tnre, as by so doing jhey will hy them
selves liable, nd will be dealt with accord
ing to law.
