sudden death el Hon. Henry J. Raymond,
of (ho New Voik Times. Ila was at his
officii till (i p. Hi.,- yesterday in usual
health, and during the evening lu luok a
walk with his daughter. At three this
morning he was found insensible in the hall
of his residence and at live o'clock expired.
It is supposed of uppoploxy.
The Post gives the facts of Mr. RiymonJ's
death, from (holiest authority, as follows:
Mr. Raymond, accompanied by hit daugh
ter, went to Greenwood Cemetery yester
day evening for t ho purpose of selecting a
l'umlly plot. Ho intended to have- the bou'y
of ono of his children, who died a few
weeks a.jo, removed from tho vault and ie
