peller Sockeye, of the Northern Transoortation
Line, left here on Saturday evening with passen
gers and merchandise for Toledo. When abut

of the most damnable murders that It has been
our lot to relate, that of the death of a woman
and child by her husband.
The scene of the tragedy was Water street,
between Sixth and Seventh. We paid a visit to
the place about 12 o'clock last night, and learned
the following particulars from persona who were
at the house: Pat Delaney, a input man, was
