In the Criminal Court this morning, District
Attorney Kirkpatrick certified Into Court, under
the act of Assembly relating to forfeited recog
nizance!, the sum of #2,DXI, being the amount
of ball forfeited In the case of Lee 8. Lynch,
and fire other defendants, charged with larceny,
who bad failed to appear for trial. The ball in
the Lynch case was e6OO, and that the in hes
are cues footed up 11,700. The Cotutrappolnted
E. B. Todd, Esq., as Auditor to distribute the
money. 'lt Is his duty, after ascertaining the
facts, to pay the costs In each case, make good
the leases sustained by the proscentom, and pay
over the balance into the county treasury. As

this fund will go for the benefit of tax payers of
the county.
