The Night Pollee In Allegheny, at h late hour on Friday night, arrested a party of three gay young men, at Cowling's saloon, on Federal street, on a charge of having.taken a horse and sleigh belotteng to other minim- .It appears that a horse belonging to a man named Evans, residing In the Fecond Ward, Allegheny, had been put up at a raffle, and won by ono of the ticket holders ; but before the winner got nimd to the stallle to claim his property, throe sties called on Dirs. Evans and told her that one of them had won the animal. 'They accordingly rook , possession of the aaz, and get ting hold of au old sleigh belonging to Billy Ma gee, they hitched up and started - olf on a Jolly Field' ride.
