were overtaken at the edge of the town;

few moments the crack of the revolvers

awarded to Captall Jones anti his men fdr

In the evening they returned, expecting
to capture our men and ramp the prison
er,. They surrounded the towp and moved

searched, but, finding themselves mistaken,.
