To PFAOFESSOR HOLLOWAY -it iS not
my wish to become notorious, neither is this
letter written for the mere sake of writing, hut.
to say, that -your_ Ointment cured me of one of
the inost dreadful cutaneous diseases that flesh
is heir to, and which was considered by all
who knew me, to be entirely beyond the reach
of medicine. For nine years I was afflicted
with nue of tbe most painful and troublesome.
sore legs tha`t ever fell to the lot of man ; and
after trying every medicine I had ever heard of,
I resigned to despair all hope of being cured ;
rhot a friend - brought me.a coupt - r - 4 arge pv
of your Ointment, which caused the sores 011 ,
my legs to heal, and I entirely regained my
health, to my agreeable surprise and delight,
,and to tIIL. astonishment of my-friends.

For seven years she had a bad breast,. withi

she was then induced to use , your Ointment
and Pills, when in the short space_ of three
