A.—The first District Convention of the M. C. A., ever hold in Northern Penn sylvania,. was recently appointed at Mans field, by a committee of young men of Ti oga County. The time fixed was Febru ary 21st. A local committee of four made arrangements for the programme and the entertaiummt of delegates.
