TA NOCA PUDDING.—Four large ta
blespoonfuls of tapi - Oca soaked, over
night in one quart of new milk, grat
ed rind of Mie lemon, one tumbler of
wine, with sugar enough in it to fill
the ;;lass. Stir the tapioca and to,
over the. fire until it comes to a boil,
,before adding any of the ingredients;
four beaten separately,and added
just - before baking; bakes in about
five minutes. To be eaten cold.

milk, one cup of sour milk, four eggs,
one cup of sugar,two cups,cif chipped
one teaspoonful of soda, p piece
of butter the size of a small egg,
raisins or currant, three -,cups of
