We come now to speak of a new temperance
organization in Tuscarora, under the leader
ship of our old friend, N. J. Cooswzm.,
Although this is a recent organization it has a
membership of two hundred, mostly youth, and
children of the Sabbath-school. Train up
child in the way of temperance and he is not
likely to backslide. The Doctor is doing a good
work in the temperance cause, and we are sure
the readers of the Ithronvan would be Interest
ed if the Doctor would give us the plan, aim
and success of this juvenile society, Let us
hoar from hint.. By the way, the Doctor has
for equals as a temperance lecturer, and these
neighborhoods la need of a "Worse cannot
do better than to secure his services.
We are aware, Mr. Editor, that your time is
occupied filly with your duties as Editor and
