a Court of Oyer and Terminer, General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace, Common Pleas and Orphan's Court at To
wanda,for the County of Bradford. on Monday, the sec—
ond day 01 February next, to continue two weeks.
Notice is therefore hereby given, to the Coroners and
JiNtireAf the Peace and Constables, of the County of
Bradford, that they be then and there in their proper
person, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, with
their records, inquisitions and other remembrances, to
do those things which to -their office appertains to be
done ; and those who are bound by recognizance or oth
erwiae to prosecute against the prisoners who are or may
he in the jail of said County. or who shall be bound to
appear at the said court, ore to be then and there to
prosecute against them as shall he just. Jurors are re
quested to be punctual in their attendance, agreeably to
their notice.
