CAUTION.
" To be, or not to be— hat is the question !
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous opposition.
Or by taking up arms against a sea ot printing ink,
And opposing, end them."
THE proprietor of the Argus takes occasion in adver
tising his Bindery to indulge in an uncalled for fling
about a " sort of a concern," which is hoping "to delude
the public. As I have opened a Bindery on my own ac
count, the inference is that if the public bring their
binding to me, they are in no danger of being defrauded.
For two years I have worked for Mr. PARSONS, and he
has taken great pains t > satisfy the public I wasthe " best
Binder in America," as the columns of the Argus wil
testify. Has he been all that time " deluding the pub
lie?" If I have been engaged in a fraud, he has been th
principal. But I refer to my work during that time a
evidence that there has l>een no fraud practiced.
Having served a long apprenticeship at the Bindery
business, I have resumed business here on my own ac
count, as I know of nothing which prevents me from fol
lowing a legitimate and bawful calling for my support
1 shall endeavor by good work and attention* to my busi
ness to give public satisfactrou.

i IMPURITY OP THE BLOOD.
I This compound will be found a great promoter of
I health, in the spring, to expel the foul hu
! mora wnich tester in the blood attliat season of the year,
j By the timely expulsion of them many rankling disor
ders are nipped in the bnd. Multitudes can. by the aid
| of this remedy, spare themselves irom the endnfttnee ot
eruptions und ulcerous sores, through which the system
will strive'to rid itself of corruptions, ii not assisted to
do this through the natural channels of the body by an
alterative medicine. Cleanse out the vitiated blood
whenever yon Bnd its impurities bursting through the
skin in pimples, eruptions, or sores ; cleanse it wTifn you
find it is obstructed and sluggi-h in the veins ; cleanse it
; whenever it is lout, and your feelings will tell you when,
j Even where tm particular disorder is (fit people enjoy
} tielter health, and live longer, for cleansing the blood,
j Keep the blooff healthy, and all is well; but with this
pabulum or life disordered, there can be no lasting health.
! Sooner or later something must go wrong, and the gtea
i machinery of lite is disordered or overthiown.
I Sarsapariila lias, and deserves much, the reputation of
j accomplishing tlie~e ends. But the world has been cgrc-
I piously deceived by preparations of it. partly lie-cause
the drug alone has not all the virtue that is claimed for
! it. tint more because many preparations, pretending to
i be concentrated extracts of it, contain but lit tie ot the
virtue of SatsaparilLi, or anything else.
During late years the public have been misled by large
bottles, pretending to give a quart ot Extract of Sorsa
pariila lor one aoliar. Mostol these have been trands
upon tin- .-ick. lor they not only contain little, if any
S.irsapaiiiia, hut often no curative properties whatever.
Hence, hitter and painful disappointment has followed
the use ol the various extract-, of Sarsaparilla which
flood the market, until the name itself is justly de
spised, and lias become synonymous with imposition and
cheat. Still we call this compound Ssrsaparilla. and in
j tend to supply such a remedy as si tall rescue the name
from the load of obloquy whidh rests upon it. And we
think we have ground lor believing it has virtues which
are irresistible by the ordinary run of the diseases it is
intended to cure, in order to secure tiieir complete
j eradication from the system, the remedy should tie judi-
I ciousiy taken according to directions on the liottle.
