JL DAVID WILMOT, President Judge of the 12th Ju dicial District, consisting of the Counties of Rradford and Susquehanna, and Honorables JOHN PASSMOKE, and JOHN F. LONG, Associate Judges, in and for said county of Bradford, have issued their precept bearing date the 57th day of Dec. A. D. 1860, to me directed, for holding a Court of Oyer and Terminer.
