Dec. 17th, on motion of Mr. Adams the Court set aside
the proceedings and the election held in Terry township
which was held on the day of general Election for the
purpose of removing the elections in said township to
the basement of the Presbyterian church in said township
it appearing that the same was conducted and held by
the wrong board of Election officers which the law re
fpiires, and the Court fix the place for holding the flec
tions in said twp., at the house of Edward J. Shepard
uutil hereafter removed therefrom.

without license. Deft, found guilty at Sept. session last.
Dec. 17th, sentenced to pay a fine of S2O and cost.
Hame vs. Same—lndictment for selling liquor to mino'rs
and also for selling liquor on Sunday found at Sept. ses
sion last, in the first case deft, sentenced to pay a fine of
S2O and cost and an imprisonment in the county jail for
twenty days, and in the second case to pay a like tine of
S2O and cost and undergo an imprisonment in the Coun
ty jail for twenty days, making in all forty days imprison
ment.

of Orwell —Dec. 17th, the Court make the final decree
and grant the incorporation as prayed for in the petition
The jury were discharged on the afternoon on the 15th.
The trial list having been disposed of, and the Court ad
j.'nrncd over for a bearing of the argument list to Friday
tiie 16th., and after a session on that day adjourned over
to Saturday for a further hearing of such matters of ar
gument as may be brought before them. On which day
t'ouit being again in session until five o'clock in the af
ternoon, at which time it adjourned.
