in Burlington twp., bounded on the north by land of Ro
bert Knapp. and a small lot railed the sawmill lot, on the
west by land of Luther and Travice, on the north by the

taining 69 acres or more, about thirty acres improved, a
small dwelling house and a stable thereon.
ALSO All the hill land of the old homestead in
Ulster, containing two hundred and eighty-six acres, with
