the 11! -rough ot Towanda. on SATURDAY, the 12th dav
of MARCH, 1859, at 1 o'clock, P. M., the following de
scribed lot. piece or parcel of land situate inWest Burling
ton twp.. Ixmnded as follows : North fry land of Jonathan
Davies. east by the highway, south by land ot Washing
ton Taylor, west by land of John Phillips. Containing
seventy-five acres, more or less, about twenty acres im
proved, one framed house, barn frame, and a few fruit
trees there.

pro| orty. late the estate of Daniel O'Keefe, dec'd :
All that tract of land situate in the township of Rome,
in said county, bounded and described as follows : The
first lot on the north bv the land hereinafter described,
on the east by land oft. J. Lent, on the scuth and west
by Bollard's creek and Jacob Worthing. Containing 8
acres, with a framed house and barn thereon.
ALSO—One other lot adjoining the said last mentioned
lot on the vest side. Beginning at a corner on the warrant
line on Billiards creek on the line of the before mentioned
lot.tbence by the corner of tbe warrant line rearlv .a north
coarse, 89° weal to a post in the corner of the road .t lien ce
by the said creek a south-easterly corner to the place of
beginning. Containing three acres, more or less.
ALSO—One other lot lying on the north side of and ad
joining the two lots before described : Beginning at a post
