Susquehanna, and Hunorahles JOHN" PASSMOKK. and
JOHN F. Lose, Associate Judges, in and for said county
of Bradford, have issued their precept licaring date the
7th day of July, A. I). I*lß, to me directed, for holding a
Court of Oyer and Terminer, General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace, <'ouiinmi Pleas and Orphan's Court, at Towau
da. for the Count v of Bradford, on the first Monday, the
6th day of SEPTEMBER next, to continue two weeks.
Notice is therefore hereby given, to the Coroners and
Justices of the Peace and Constables, of the Couhty of
Bradford, ttiat they be then and there in their proper'per
son. at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, with tneir
records, inquisitions,and other remembrances, to do those
tilings which to their office aitpci tains to be done ; and
those who arc hound by recognizance or otherwise to pro
secute against the prisoner- a lio are or may l>e in the jail
of said County, or who shall be bound to appear at the
said court, are to he then and there to prosecute against
