MARSHAL'S SALE.—By virtue of n
writ of Venditioni Exponas issued out of the Cir
cuit Court of the United States, for the Western District
of Pennsylvania, and to me directed, there will be expos
ed to public sale, at the Court House, in Williamsport,
Pennsylvania, on SATURDAY, theßth day of MAY next,
at 2 o clock. P. M., the following described property, to
wit: A certain tract of land, situate in Springfield town
ship, Bradford county, Pennsylvania, containing two
hundred acres, more or iess ; one hundred acres, more or
less, cleared ; bounded on the north by laud of Stephen
D. Harkuess, oil the ea-t by land of Jacob Harkue-s and
others, ou the south by land of Tallinan D. Beard-ley,
and on the west by lands of Jacob Harkuess and others,
with the appurtenances, consisting of one dwelling hou-e
painted white, three barns, one wagon shed, one corn
house, and other outbuildings, also an orchard of apple
trees. Seized, taken in execution, and to be sold as the
property of John Harkuess.
