of Bradford, have issued their precept bearing date the
27th day of Oct. A.*D.1&37, to =directed, for holding a
Court of Oyer and Terminer, General Quarter Sessions of
the Peace, Common Pleas and Orphates Court, at Towan--
da, for the County. of Bradford, on the 'firm Monday, the
7th day of DECEMBER next, to contiane two weeks.
Notice is therefore hereby given, to'-the Coroners and
Justices of the Peace and Constables, of the County of
Bradford, that they be then and there in their proper per
son, at 10 o'clock in the forencion of said day, with their
- records; inquisitions, and other remembrances, to do those
things which to their °Mee appertains to be done ; and
those whoLre bound by recognizance or otherwise to pro
secute t the prisoners who are or may be in the jail
of said 'unty, or who shall be bland to. appear at the
