OTICK-.—Notice is hereby <?iven that on
the 6th day of February. 1856, a petition signed by j
J. M. Bishop. F. W. Brown. John Allen and sundry other
' citizens of Wysox township, Bradford county and its vi- j
I cinity, was presented to tiie Court of Common Pleas of ,
said county, praying to he incorporated under the name
| of " The W ysox Brick Meeting House," .agreeably to a
j constitution annexed to said petition : Whereupon the
same having la-en ja-russ-d and examined hv the Court and
the otjects, articles and conditions therein set forth and
, contained appearing to be lawful and not injurious to the
community, the court directed said writing to is- filed in j
the office of the P roth o notary of said court, and that no- '
tice be inserted in the Bradford Reporter for at least three I
weeks before next Term--that application has been made :
to said court to grant said charter of incorporation ; and
if no sufficient reason is shown to the contrary, the said |
court will on the first day of May Term next, decree said
petitioners to be a corporation as ur.ived for in said peti
