north by lands of Hiram Horton and James Brooks, on
the east by lands of Martin Butler, on the south by
lands of Roswell Doan and Isaac P. Doan, anti„ on
the west by lands of James Brooks. Oontatning
eighty two acres or thereabouts, about fifty acres
proied, with a framed homie and barn thereon erected.
