David Grossman was tried and convicted of voluntary manslaughter yesterday for taking part in the murder of an infant A child had been found in a vault by some neighbors, and died soon after. Grossman's wile has been convicted of murder in the second degree for causing its death. On his trial-to-day GrosBman claimed that the first he knew of a child was after it had been rescued from the vault He then accused his wile of deceiving him.
