11 Iron tanks, capacity 216 barrels eacn; one wooden
tank, capacity 250 barrels: the entire plaut being
new and In good condition. Also, a rovalty Inter
est In three oil wells, combined production whereof
Is about 38 .barrels per month, arising from lease of
the foregoing described real estate.
Also, the following personal property: 4",000
gallons of partly manufactured oil; i 000 lbs. bone
lack: and the tools, pipe, tongs, wrenches, ma
chinery and appliances necessary for operating an
oil refinery.
