PAUL HACKE TO BE SUED.
The Humane Society Condemns 'Wolf
Chases and Pigeon Shoots.
The Humane Society met yesterday after
noon, and the question of the Hacke wolf
chase was-again the subject of discussion.
Those present, according to President
Eaton, were all of the one opinion and that
was that Mr. Hacke and the other princi
pals should be punished. Mr. Eaton was
ordered to have informations made, which
will be done in a few days.
The following resolution was also
adopted:
Resolved, That this board strongly con
demns tbe cruelty practiced at the plseon
shoot at Exposition Park on April It, such
cruelty consisting in leaving wounded birds
to suffer a lingenne death, when, according
to Judge Parson's decislon.tbe law demands
that they be killed outright.
