and franchises of the Allegheny Valley Rail

of the United States Circuit Court for the
"Western District of Pennsylvania, relieving
the Receiver and committing the property
f to the charge of said Railway Company, take
possession and enter upon the operation of
the railway and property on and after March
1.1S92.
All officers, agents and employes in the
service of the Receiver will continue in the
service of the new company in the same re
lation ana with the same powers and duties
as under the Receiver.
