O. TT. Drivers Resists Arrest and Pulls a
Razor on the Officers.
Detective Carrigan and Inspector "Wliite--house
arrested O. "W. Drivers yesterday for
an alleged larceny of 5130 from John
McCann, and $3 from Charles Beaton.
McCann came from Colutnbus to secure a
pair of artificial legs and ivas accompanied
by Beaton, who was takin? care of him.
They stopped at Mrs. Woods' boarding
house, Ko. 2S7 Jane street, Soathside,

nue, lie resisted arrest desparately.
"While stmscling with Carrigan he drew a
razor, aud had lie not been tripped would
unquestionably have used it.
In falling the blade broke and the weapon
was taken from him. He was taken to the
Twenty-eighth ward police station. One
hundred and twenty-four dollars was re
covered and an 518 overcoat. The men are
railroad people. Drivers is about 28 years
old and married.
