AN ORDINANCE-ADTHOR1ZING THE gradlne, paving and curbing of Boquet street from Semple street to Frailer street in the Fourteenth ward of Pittsburg. Whereas, It appears by the petition and affi davit on file in the office of the Clerk of Conn cils, that one-thira in interest of the owners of property fronting and abutting upon the said street have petitioned the Councils of said city to enact an ordinance for the grading, paving and curbing of the same; therefore. Section 1 Be it ordained and enacted by the city of Pittsburg, in Select and Common Coun cils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same.
