GEISEWITE David Royer Gelsewite, 71. died at the home of his son, Ernest, of East ville, Clinton county, early last Thursday morning after a lingering illness. He was a lifelong resident of Sugar Valley and was a blacksmith by trade. Surviving him in addition to his son, are a granddaughter and two brothers, Albert, of Carroll and George, of Woodward, Funeral ser- vices were held Sunday afternoon at the Ernest Gelsewite residence, with rites continued at the Breth- ren church. The Rev, C. A. Schwenk of Jersey Shore, officiated, assisted by the Rev. John Boone.
