Well folks, we have been holding back for some time about the an- nouncement of the Scotia picnic The committee didn't just know what to do, so we asked quite a few folks what they thought about it and all of them said go ahead and have it. Now here it is all in a nut shell. Please do not expect too much this year on account of tion of things. such as rationings, and we do not urge anybody to attend this year as things may be better next vear and we all can plan on better things. So we are planning on having our picnic on Saturday, Aug- ust 1st.
