Edgar Mallory of West High
street. employed in the engineering
department of the American Lime
and Stone Company, is reported to
be recovering steadily at his home
from an illness which has kept him
indoors for three weeks or more. The
illness began with an attack of the
grippe which was followed by an in-
fection.
Miss Sue Garner of Philadelphia,
returned to her home in that city
yesterday, after having been in
Bellefonte for nearly two weeks be-
cause of the fllness of her sister
Mrs. W. M. Bottorf, of North Spring
street. Mrs. Bottorf is recovering
steadily and on Sunday was able
to be downstairs for the first time
since becoming iil.
