In the spring of 1891 came the
call of “Go West young man go
West” to one by the name of Mr,
Frank Runkle, son of Mr. James
Runkle of Centre Hill, Centre Coun-
ty. Several weeks age he and his
charming wife whom he met and!
married in California, came back
east to visit relatives and old
friends, for the first time since he
left our county. Traveling over
three thousand miles in eight days..
They are the parents of four sons
and two daughters, owners of a
large ranch on which is an orange,
