sence of our pastor on Wednesday
there will be prayer meeting in the
church Wednesday night. No cot-
tage prayer meeting will be held
this Friday night, Next week Nov,
I5 prayer meeting will be held at
the home of Mr, and Mrs. Charles
Reese at Wingate. Everybody wel-
come.
The school children held a Hal-
lowe'en party last Friday afternoon
at the school house, Most of the
children were masked also a few
visitors were in costume. Thelma
Warner received a prize for having
the ugliest. costume and Freddie
Spoils received a prize for the cut-
est costume. The time was then
spent in playing games in which all
the children took part

and apples were served by the
teacher after which the children de-
parted for their homes

ed at the home of Mrs Edna Spotts
on Saturday evening. Sunday vis-
