Grand Jury action on the first

The fatality occurred about 3

State Police at Rockview indicated
that a conference will be held with
the District Attorney to determine

Bellefonte Well-Baby Clinic To
Move Into Its Own Quarters
As the well-baby clinic of Belle- |
fonte completes 10 years of activ-
ity, renewed interest in this project
started by the Mothers’ Club is ex-
pected in the appointment of a
commit ec of 12 members of the
club to supervise the work and by!
the approaching change of head-|
quarters, Since February, 1991, the |
clinic has been occupying the W. C
T. U. rocms, which, although used
rent-free, were shared by several
other crganizations. On January 1
the Red Cross and the well<baby
clinic are moving across the bali
into the room to be vacated by the
tax collector, where they will have
their own old and new equipment
and can carry on thelr work with.
out interruption. This room also is
donated by the W. C. T. U.
In the winter of 1931 the clinic
opened with Miss Daise Keichline,
the school nurse, Dr. R. H, Hoffman,
and a member of the Mothers” Club
in weekly attendance, The enroll.
ment of infants was 75 by the first
of April, at which time Miss Jean
